Day Two

The journey continues, the fitness program without a gym.  This morning I had a light breakfast of un-sweetened Cheerios with soymilk.   I enlisted my wife's help in shrinking my meal portions.  To compliment my dietary changes, I am looking for new ways to burn calories.

Today's adventure included shoveling 2 parking spots on campus.   1.25 hours of shoveling should burn enough calories for today.
