Down Below 200

Yesterday I walked on the scale.    I weighed in at 198, first time below 200 since my wedding day.  This calls for a little bit of celebration.

Lost Count Already

I confess, I am not a diligent blogger. However, I am diligent with my life style changes.  This morning, I weighed in at a whopping 202.  This means I have already lost 8 pounds, without going to the gym.  I say WOOT WOOT to that:)

Unofficial Weigh In

I am pleased to announce.  I have lost 1 pound, according to my scale.    I weighed in this morning at 7am, before breakfast.   So far the life style changes are taking effect.  I'm taking every opportunity to exercise.

Day Two

The journey continues, the fitness program without a gym.  This morning I had a light breakfast of un-sweetened Cheerios with soymilk.   I enlisted my wife's help in shrinking my meal portions.  To compliment my dietary changes, I am looking for new ways to burn calories.

Today's adventure included shoveling 2 parking spots on campus.   1.25 hours of shoveling should burn enough calories for today.
